Dr. Christopher Smith is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience supporting adults navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. His clinical focus includes working with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, major life transitions, family dynamics, relationship concerns, and the complexities of aging.

Dr. Neena Mathew-Smith is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides a safe, compassionate space for adults navigating life’s challenges. She has experience supporting clients with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and major life transitions. She also works with college students managing the pressures of academic life and student athletes seeking to strengthen their confidence and performance.
With a warm and attentive presence, she creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Dr. Mathew-Smith views therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process—one rooted in curiosity, compassion, and respect. She believes that meaningful change begins with understanding the patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Through this understanding, clients can begin to shift out of old cycles, strengthen their sense of self, and move toward more intentional and empowered living.
